Such policy(ies) must provide the following minimum limit: <br /> I 9 <br /> $2,000,000 combined single limit <br /> 10 <br /> Ill 1-07.18(5)C Workers' Compensation <br /> 12 The Contractor shall comply with Workers' Compensation coverage as <br /> 13 required by the Industrial Insurance laws of the state of Washington. <br /> I 14 <br /> 15 1-07.18(5)D Coverage for Working On, Over, or Near Navigable Waters <br /> 16 If contract involves work on or adjacent to navigable water, as defined by the <br /> 17 U.S. Department of Labor, then the Contractor shall provide proof of insurance <br /> 18 coverage in compliance with the statutory requirements of the U.S. Longshore <br /> 19 and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (administered by the U.S. Department <br /> I 20 of Labor). <br /> 21 If the Contractor is working from barges or any other watercraft, owned or non- <br /> 22 owned, the Contractor must maintain Protection and Indemnity (P&I) <br /> 23 insurance providing coverage for actions of the crew to third parties to the <br /> I 24 same limits stated under Section 1-07.18(5)A for Commercial General Liability <br /> 25 Insurance. The Contractor must also provide proof of insurance coverage in <br /> 26 compliance with the statutory requirements of the Merchant Marine Act of <br /> 27 1920 (the "Jones Act"). <br /> 28 <br /> 29 1-07.18(5)F Excess or Umbrella Liability <br /> I 30 The Contractor shall provide Excess or Umbrella Liability coverage at limits of <br /> 31 $1,000,000 per occurrence and annual aggregate. This excess or umbrella <br /> 32 liability coverage shall apply, at a minimum, to both the Commercial General <br /> I 33 and Auto insurance policy coverage. <br /> 34 This requirement may be satisfied instead through the Contractor's primary <br /> 35 Commercial General and Automobile Liability coverage, or any combination <br /> 36 thereof. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 1-07.18(5)G Pollution Liability <br /> 39 The Contractor shall provide a Pollution Liability policy, providing coverage for <br /> I 40 claims involving bodily injury, property damage (including loss of use of <br /> 41 tangible property that has not been physically injured), cleanup costs, <br /> 42 remediation, disposal or other handling of pollutants, including costs and <br /> I <br /> I 41st STREET TO WMVD FREIGHT <br /> CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS <br /> FED AID#STPUL-9931(012); PW#3472 SP-61 February 10,2016 <br />
