Those work operations that are actively in progress shall be <br /> 41 in accordance with adopted and approved Traffic Control Plans, and other <br /> 42 contract requirements. <br /> 43 <br /> 44 During nonworking hours equipment or materials shall not be within the WZCZ <br /> 45 unless they are protected by permanent guardrail or temporary concrete <br /> 46 barrier. The use of temporary concrete barrier shall be permitted only if the <br /> 47 Engineer approves the installation and location.
