Planing <br /> I 42 shall not resume until the Engineer is satisfied that specification planing can be <br /> 43 produced or until successful completion of another test section. The forward speed <br /> 44 during production planing shall not exceed the speed used for the test section. <br /> 45 <br /> I <br /> 46 The completed surface after planing and prior to paving shall not vary more than <br /> 47 1/4 inch from the lower edge of a 10-foot straightedge placed on the surface <br /> 48 parallel or transverse to the centerline.
