I <br /> I1 submit reports relating to the provisions hereof as may requiredby be the <br /> 2 government and to keep records. Records shall at least include, for each <br /> 3 employee, their name, address, telephone numbers, construction trade, union <br /> 4 affiliation if any, employee identification number when assigned, social security <br /> 5 number, race, sex, status (e.g., mechanic, apprentice, trainee, helper, or laborer), <br /> I 6 dates of changes in status, hours worked per week in the indicated trade, rate of <br /> 7 pay, and locations at which the work was performed. Records shall be maintained <br /> 8 in an easily understandable and retrievable form; however, to the degree that <br /> I 9 existing records satisfy this requirement, the Contractors will not be required to <br /> 10 maintain separate records. <br /> 11 <br /> I 12 15.
