This Section of the Contract does not apply to retainage withheld by the <br /> I <br /> 5 Contracting Agency from monies earned by the Contractor. The Contracting <br /> 6 Agency shall continue to process the release of that retainage based upon the <br /> 7 Completion Date of the project as defined in Section 1-08.5 Time for <br /> 8 Completion and in accordance with the requirements and procedures set forth <br /> I 9 <br /> 10 in RCW 60.28. <br /> 11 Payment <br /> 12 The Contractor shall be solely responsible for any additional costs involved in <br /> 13 paying retainage to the Subcontractors prior to total project completion.
