All construction signs, flaggers, and <br /> 20 other traffic control devices are shown on the traffic control plan(s) except for <br /> 21 emergency situations. If the Contractor proposes adding the use of flaggers to a plan, <br /> 22 this will constitute a modification requiring approval by the Engineer. The modified plans <br /> 23 shall show locations for all the required advance warning signs and a safe, protected <br /> 24 location for the flagging station.
