AU flaggers shall possess a current flagging card issued by <br /> 11 the State of Washington, Oregon, Montana, or Idaho. The flagging card shall be <br /> 12 immediately available and shown to the Contracting Agency upon request. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 The last paragraph is deleted. <br /> I 15 <br /> 16 1-10.3(1)B Other Traffic Control Labor <br /> 17 This section is revised to read: <br /> 18 <br /> 19 In addition to flagging duties, the Contractor shall provide personnel for all other traffic <br /> 20 control procedures required by the construction operations and for the labor to install, <br /> 21 maintain and remove any traffic control devices shown on Traffic Control Plans. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 1-10.3(3)B Sequential Arrow Signs <br /> 24 This section is supplemented with the following: <br /> 25 <br /> 26 A sequential arrow sign is required for all lane closure tapers on a multilane facility. A PCMS shall be placed behind a barrier or guardrail whenever possible, but <br /> 37 shall at a minimum provide 4 ft. of lateral clearance to edge of travelled lane and be <br /> 38 delineated by channelization devices. The Contractor shall remove the PCMS from the <br /> 39 clear zone when not in use unless protected by barrier or guardrail. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 1-10.3(3)F Barrier Drums <br /> 42 This section including title is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: <br /> 43 <br /> 44 1-10.3(3)F Vacant <br /> 45 <br /> 46 1-10.3(3)K Portable Temporary Traffic Control Signal <br /> 47 The fifth paragraph is revised to read: <br /> 48 <br /> 49 The Project Engineer or designee will inspect the signal system at initial <br /> 50 installation/operation and approve the signal timing.
