The embankment shall be free from 9 pumping and rutting due to excessive moisture and is the Contractor's responsibility to 10 manage and adjust as necessary. 11 12 The Contracting Agency will consider all costs for drying embankment material to be 13 incidental to other Work, including excessive moisture due to inclement weather.
