I <br /> 1 Shop drawings shall show the size and location of all inserts and penetrations. <br /> I 2 Penetrations for deck formwork and falsework shall match the deck formwork Working <br /> 3 Drawings. Field-drilled holes in prestressed concrete girders are not allowed. <br /> 4 <br /> 5 Deformed welded wire reinforcement conforming to Sections 9-07.7 and 9-07.8 may be <br /> I <br /> 6 substituted for the mild steel reinforcement shown in the plans. The substitution shall be <br /> 7 submitted as a Type 2E Working Drawing. For vertical welded wire reinforcement in prestressed concrete slab <br /> 37 girders, no welded joints other than those required for anchorage shall be permitted. <br /> I 38 Epoxy-coated wire and welded wire reinforcement shall conform to Section 9-07.3 with <br /> 39 the exception that ASTM A884 Class A Type I shall be used instead of ASTM A775. <br /> 40 <br /> I 41 End regions of prestressed concrete girders shall meet the requirements of WSDOT <br /> 42 Bridge Design Manual LRFD (M23-50) Sections 5.6.2.F and 5.6.2.G. <br /> 43 <br /> I 44 Shop drawings for spliced prestressed concrete girders shall also conform to Section 6- <br /> 45 02.3(26)A.
