The top surface shall be finished in accordance with Section 6-02.3(10)D6. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 The Contractor may repair defects in the girder provided the repair is covered in the <br /> 19 annual plant approval package. Construction tolerances of cast-in-place <br /> 28 closures for spliced prestressed concrete girders shall conform to the tolerances <br /> 29 specified for spliced prestressed concrete girders. Actual acceptance or rejection will <br /> 30 depend on how the Engineer believes a defect outside these tolerances will affect the <br /> 31 Structure's strength or appearance: <br /> 32 111 <br /> 33 1. Length: ± 1/4 inch per 25 feet of beam length, up to a maximum of± 11/2 inches. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 2.
