Kasch Park Soccer Fields Addendum No. 01 <br /> Synthetic Turf Replacement Phase 2 March 1, 2016 <br /> density,thickness, and tolerance to grade and suitable as a shock attenuation <br /> pad providing dynamic cushioning for the turf system. <br /> 9. The elastic layer shall have minimum thickness of 25 mm. The finished <br /> surface shall not vary more than 1/4" in 10' (6.25mm in 3.0 meters) measured <br /> in any direction as gauged from a string line or straight edge. <br /> 10. The Contractor shall test the permeability of the in-situ pad prior to synthetic turf <br /> installation. The pad shall be tested in a minimum of six(6)representative locations. The <br /> test results shall be submitted to the Engineer prior to synthetic turf installation. <br /> Part 3 - REVISIONS TO THE DRAWINGS: <br /> 3.1 F-0.2 ADD the following to the beginning of Plan Note 26 per attached drawing F-0.2. <br /> 26. Carefully trim/cut existing synthetic turf at light pole base and lay back as <br /> needed to allow removal of pole. Contractor shall repair/replace turf to match <br /> existing conditions with green attic stock turf currently stored on site. <br /> 3.2 F-1.1 ADD the following Notes 6, 7, and 8 per attached drawing F-1.1A and F-1.1C. <br /> 6. Carefully trim/cut existing synthetic turf at new light pole base and lay back as <br /> needed to allow installation of new pole/foundation. Complete finish grade to <br /> meet and match flush with new concrete curb and edge nailer and attached turf <br /> to new edge nailer. <br /> 7. Carefully trim/cut existing synthetic turf at new Fence Posts and lay back as <br /> needed to allow installation of new fencing/netting post/foundation. Complete <br /> finish grade to meet and match flush with new fence post. <br /> 8. Boy's and Girls Lacrosse Markings on Field #1 shall utilize turf that matches that <br /> used for Fields 2 and 3 and all associated markings. Contractor shall coordinate <br /> work for installation of the lacrosse markings so as to minimize impact to <br /> remaining existing synthetic turf, without compromising the planarity, size or <br /> functionality of the field. Contractor and subsequent turf vendor shall be <br /> required to provide warranty for new lacrosse markings only, and not for the <br /> remainder of the existing turf on Field #1. <br /> 3.3 F-1.1 ADD detail bubble 3/F-2.2 to new light pole/base P1, P3, P8, P10, P11, & P12 <br /> per attached drawing F-1.1B <br /> 3.3 F-2.2 ADD detail bubble 3/F-2.2 to Synthetic Turf Edge Anchor at Existing& Proposed <br /> Light Pole per attached drawing F-2.2 <br /> 3.4 E-1.20 ADD new Flag Note #4 at floodlight poles P2 & P4: <br /> 4 <br />
