He <br /> stated that the law should be revised to prohibit riding on sidewalks only. <br /> Victor Harris, Everett, expressed concern regarding pedestrians who are <br /> at risk from drivers who intentionally run the stop-line at intersections on <br /> red lights and who turn in front of individuals with a clear pedestrian walk <br /> in their favor. <br /> James Robert Deal, Lynnwood; Paul Fraser, Seattle; David Johns, Mercer <br /> Island; Sally Johns, Mercer Island; and Carol White, Everett; spoke <br /> regarding the dangers of fluoride. <br /> Victor Harris, Everett, spoke in support of the city council regarding <br /> fluoridation of the city's water supply. <br /> 184 <br />
