August 22, 2012 <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council <br /> Member Burke, to adopt the Findings and Conclusions. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Moore who were excused, and Council Member <br /> Affholter who abstained from the vote. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> City Council asked legal staff to prepare an ordinance change that would <br /> direct matters, such as appeals, to an administrative law review or some <br /> other form of appeals process.
