December 10, 2014 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., December 10, 2014, in the City Council Chambers of the <br /> William E. Moore Historic City Hall, President Moore presiding. Upon roll <br /> call it was found that Mayor Stephanson and Council Members Roberts, <br /> Moore, Murphy, Gipson, Bader, and Tuohy were present. Council Member <br /> Stonecipher was expected but running late. <br /> Vice President Bader led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the December 3, 2014, City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephanson thanked everyone who turned out last night for the <br /> holiday reception recognizing the boards and commissions members who <br /> volunteer their service to the community. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Murphy provided a liaison update on the Snohomish <br /> Health District Board meeting that was held yesterday. <br /> Council Member Roberts thanked the Mayor for his comments about the <br /> boards and commissions event, and he thanked the volunteer members <br /> for their dedicated work for the city. <br /> Council Member Tuohy commented on the marijuana retail interim <br /> regulations. She asked council members to consider modifications to the <br /> regulations and requested that City staff prepare language for future <br /> review. <br /> Council Member Bader thanked the Mayor for his attendance and remarks <br /> at the Riverside Neighborhood Association meeting last evening. <br /> 349 <br />
