December 10, 2014 <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> The City Attorney made no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Eugene Elfrank, Everett, spoke regarding the proposed retail marijuana <br /> business, Purple Haze, located at 4218 Rucker Avenue. Mr. Elfrank asked <br /> City Council not to consider adoption of interim zoning changes that would <br /> prevent his business from opening at this location. <br /> Jessica Jordan, Everett, spoke regarding her marijuana retail business <br /> that is proposed to open in Silver Lake. She also asked that City Council <br /> not consider adoption of zoning changes. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher entered the council chambers. <br /> Jamie Curtismith, Everett, spoke about retail marijuana restrictions by the <br /> Liquor Control Board and asked city council to support the creation of a <br /> marijuana implementation team or task force to review the issue. <br /> Dennis Jordan, Everett, spoke about conflicting licensing/permit <br /> restrictions on marijuana retail businesses by the Washington State Liquor <br /> Control Board and City of Everett. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br /> 2015 State Legislative Priorities Agenda <br /> Briefing moved to December 24, 2014 <br /> Library Update <br /> Presented by Vickie Norris, President, Everett Public <br /> Library Board of Trustees <br /> Parking Update <br /> Presented by Ryan Sass, Public Works <br /> 350 <br />
