Other potentially incompatible uses as determined by the Planning Director. <br /> For the uses described herein, no applications for building permits or land use <br /> applications, or any other permits or approvals of any kind including, but not <br /> limited to, business licenses, in any way associated with such facilities shall be <br /> accepted during the effective period of this interim regulation, no pending <br /> applications shall be processed further during the effective period of this interim <br /> regulation, and no permits shall be issued or approvals granted except as <br /> specifically provided herein during the effective period of this interim regulation. <br /> Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Land Uses Requiring Special Property Use Permits. For the initiation or <br /> operation of any of the following as a principal land use or an accessory use to <br /> any existing use anywhere within the areas designated by the map attached hereto <br /> as Exhibit A, which is incorporated by reference, a Special Property Use permit <br /> shall be required, subject to Review Process III as described in EMC Title 15: <br /> A. Food banks <br /> B. Tattoo parlors <br /> C. Body piercing <br /> D. Video game arcades <br /> E. Plasma donation centers <br /> F. Social service agencies, as defined by EMC 19.04.020 <br /> G. Parking lots <br /> H. Places of assembly <br /> I. Single room occupancy residences as defined herein <br /> J. Teen clubs as defined herein <br /> K. Pawn shops <br /> L. Community centers as defined herein <br /> M. Other potentially incompatible uses as determined by the Planning Director. <br /> Section 3. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 2803-04, which reads as follows: <br /> Evaluation Criteria. During the interim period, those uses described in Section <br /> 2 shall not be permitted in the R-4 or R-5 zones within the areas designated by <br /> Map #15-1. During the interim period, those uses described in Section 2 within <br /> the B-2, B-3, C-1 or C-2 zoned areas within the areas designated by Map #15-1 <br /> shall be subject to the evaluation criteria contained herein, and shall be denied for <br /> failure to satisfy all of the following applicable criteria: <br /> 3 <br />
