12. Provide combustion air to furnace room (1 square inch per 3,000 <br />BTU's) (IFGC 304.6.2) <br />13. Provide exhaust fan in laundry room, vent to the exterior. <br />14. Dryer ducts must be installed with 26 gauge solid smooth pipe-tape <br />only, no screws. <br />15. No stove exhaust in kitchen or kitchen ventilation. 100 CFM <br />intermittent or 25 CFM continuous. <br />16. Egress window complying with section R310 IRC shall be installed in <br />rooms used for sleeping. <br />17. Not less than one exit door conforming to section R311.4.1 IRC shall <br />be provided for each dwelling unit. The required exit door shnll be a <br />side-hinged door not less than 3 feet (914 mm) in width and 6 feet 8 <br />inches (2032 mm) in height. <br />All of the items listed above will need to be addressed. Permits are required <br />for nny work proposed and for the work already done. You may be required <br />to submit construction drawings for permits. <br />Construction documents shQll be of sufficient clarity to indicate the <br />location, nature and extent of the work proposed and show in detail that it <br />wilf conform to the provisions of the International Residential Code and <br />relevant laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, as determined by the <br />building official. <br />The City of Everett requires that a Licensed Electrical contractor be <br />engaged to survey the electrical system und report to the electrica) <br />inspector at 425-257-8810 before commencing any repQirs.
