Exposed and unworked soils shall be stabilized with the application of effective BMPs to <br />prevent erosion throughout the life of the project. The specific BMPs for soil stabilization that <br />shall be used on this project include: <br />• BMP C120: Temporary and Permanent Seeding <br />• BMP C124: Sodding <br />• BMP C125: Topsoiling <br />• BMP C140: Dust Control <br />� BMP C150: Materials On Hand <br />3.1.6 Element #6 — Protect Slopes <br />All cut and fill slopes will be designed, constructed, and protected in a manner that minimizes <br />erosion. Moderate slopes are identified at the southern edge of the subject site. Specific BMPs <br />associated with this element include: <br />• BMP C124: Sodding <br />• BMP C235: Straw Wattles <br />� BMP 162: Scheduling <br />� BMP C150: Materials On Hand <br />3.1.7 Element #7 — Protect Drain Inlets <br />Conveyance piping and structures installed to convey storm water from the vicinity of the <br />subject site to the City of Everett Storm Sewer System will be protected. Water which leaves <br />the subject site will be filtered or treated to remove sediment before entering catch basins in <br />the parking area(s) or public right-of-way. Public roads identified adjacent to the subject site <br />will be kept clean to prevent migration of sediment to storm drains. All inlets identified near <br />the subject site will be inspected weekly, and after each storm event.
