4.0 CONSTRUCTION PHASING AND BMP IMPLEMENTATION <br />The BMP implementation schedule is driven by the construction schedule. The following <br />provides a sequential list of the proposed construction schedule milestones and the <br />corresponding BMP implementation schedule. The list contains key milestones such as wet and <br />dry season construction. <br />The BMP implementation schedule below is keyed to proposed phases of the construction <br />project, and reflects differences in BMP installations and inspections that relate to dry season <br />construction. The project is located west of the Cascade Mountain Crest. As such, the dry <br />season is considered to be from May 1 through September 30, while the west season is <br />considered to be from October 1 through April 30.
