7.0 REPORTING AND RECORDKEEPING <br />7.1 Recordkeeping <br />7.1.1 Site Log Book <br />A site log book will be maintained for all onsite construction activities, and will include: <br />• A record of the implementation of the TESC Plan and SWPPP and other permit <br />requirements; and <br />• Site inspections; and <br />• Storm water quality monitoring. <br />For convenience, the inspection form and water quality monitoring forms included in this TESC <br />and SWPPP include the required information for the site log book. <br />7.1.2 Records Retention <br />Records of all monitoring information (site log book, inspection reports/checklists, etc.), this <br />SWPPP, and any other documentation of compliance with permit requirements will be retained <br />during the life of the construction project and for a rriinimum of three years following the <br />termination of permit coverage in accordance with permit condition. <br />7.1.3 Access to Plans and Records <br />The TESC Plan and SWPPP, General Permit, Notice of Authorization letter, and Site Log Book will <br />be retained onsite or within reasonable access to the site and will be made immediately <br />available upon request to DOE or local jurisdiction. A copy of this TESC Plan and SWPPP will be <br />provided to DOE within 14 days of receipt of a written request for the TESC Plan and SWPPP <br />from DOE. Any other information requested by DOE will be submitted within a reasonable <br />time. A copy of the TESC Plan and SWPPP or access to the TESC Plan and SWPPP will be <br />provided to the public when requested in writing in accordance with permit condition. <br />TESC Plan and SWPPP 2 June 2015 <br />American Legion Memorial Park Page 22 <br />
