7.1.4 Updating TESC Plan and SWPPP <br />In accordance with permit conditions, this TESC Plan and SWPPP will be modified if the TESC <br />Plan and SWPPP is ineffective in eliminating or significantly minimizing pollutants in storm <br />water discharges from the subject site or there has been a change in design, construction, <br />operation, or maintenance at the subject site that has a significant effect on the discharge, or <br />potential for discharge, of pollutants to the water of the State. The TESC Plan and SWPPP will <br />be modified within seven days of determination based on inspection(s) that additional or <br />modified BMPs are necessary to correct the problems identified, and an updated timeline for <br />BMP implementation will be prepared. <br />7.2 Reporting <br />7.2.1 Discharge Monitoring Reports <br />DMRs will be submitted to DOE monthly. If there is no discharge during a given monitoring <br />period, "No Discharge" will be entered in the place of monitoring results. The DMR due date is <br />15 days following the end of each month. <br />7.2.2 Notification of Noncompliance <br />If any of the terms and conditions of the permit are not met, and it causes a threat to human <br />health of the environment, the following steps will be taken: <br />1. DOE will be immediately notified of the failure to comply. <br />2. Immediate action will be taken to control the noncompliance issue and to correct <br />the problem. If applicable, sampling and analysis of any noncompliance will be <br />repeated immediately and the results submitted to DOE within five days, unless <br />requested earlier by DOE. <br />3.
