December 31, 2014 <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Bonnie Arnestad, Everett, expressed disappointment that the retail <br /> marijuana business, Purple Haze, was allowed to open in her <br /> neighborhood and asked for details regarding the approval process. <br /> Council Member Gipson asked if a compliance list or regulations had <br /> been developed for marijuana retail businesses. <br /> City Attorney Iles explained that retail marijuana businesses operate <br /> under two sets of regulations adopted by the State of Washington Liquor <br /> Control Board and the City of Everett.
