Construc�ion shall be commenced within iwo years of the efiective date or' the <br />Shoreline Permit. The efr�ctive date of a Shoreline Permit snali be the dafe of <br />las't aciion required on the Shoreline Permit and all other govemment permits <br />and a�pro��als that autherize the deveiopment to proceed, including all <br />adminisirative and legal actions on any such permit approval. The City m�y <br />authorizc a sing(e extension for a period not to exceed one year bas�d on <br />reasonable factors, if a request for extension has been filed �etore the expiration <br />date and notice of the propcsed extension is given to parties of record and the <br />departmen�.
