November 14, 2012 <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles responded to a question raised at last week's city <br /> council meeting by Victor Harris who wanted to know whether Municipal <br /> Court would be providing computer-assisted interpreter services for those <br /> who are hard of hearing. Attorney Iles stated that the Municipal Court <br /> Administrator, Katie Traenkenschuh, has assured him that Municipal <br /> Court has the capacity to provide this service, and will do so upon request. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Aileen Langhans, Everett, spoke regarding the removal of the centennial <br /> engraved bricks from the Everett Performing Arts Theatre sidewalk. She <br /> expressed dismay that the donors had not been notified of their removal. <br /> CAA Bryant apologized and stated that a plaque will be created to <br /> reestablish all of the names as they stood in 1993 which will be affixed to <br /> the theatre or in the plaza. <br /> Robert Gray, Lake Stevens, owner of the Hat Trick Pizzeria and Grill, <br /> stated that they were one of the businesses affected by the fire on Hewitt <br /> Avenue.
