YWCA: Children's Domestic Violence Program $7,500 TOTAL $314,700 WHEREAS,the Human Needs Advisory Committee recommends that if the Everett Recovery Café has not secured a location and is not up and running by June 30, 2015, their allocation of$5,000 will be split equally between the Compass Health Bailey Peer Center and Cocoon House Outreach Services programs; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE EVERETT CITY COUNCIL that the Mayor or his designee is authorized to execute a contract with each of the listed agencies in the amount specified for the purpose stated. 2
