We have been informed that <br />somewhat similar landslide events occurred u�ithin this area in December 199b and March 2005. <br />The City af Everett has determineci that the walls urere constructed ��ithout a pernlit a7�d have requested a <br />geotechnical evaluation of the retaining walls and the averall stability of� the slope. The purpose of this <br />repor-t is 10 provide recommendations for improving site conditions to saiisfy the City's cot�cerns.
