SITE COI� DI`1,IONS Surface Condatians The property is an zxregular-shaped parcel covering approximat�ly 0.45 acres. The property generatly slopes down to the north and northwest t� a steep nortt�west-facing slope. The site is occupied by a single-fainily residence and a detached �arage within the so'uthern portion of the property along Madrona Avenue. Five tiers of short concrete bJocl� reiaining walis are Iocated directly belaw and to the northlvest of the eaisting residence along the top af a steep ravine s�ope within the norttiv�=estern portion of the property.
