December 12, 2012 <br /> Charlene Rawson, Everett, spoke regarding the selection of a candidate <br /> for the vacant council position. <br /> Jackie Minchew, Everett, questioned whether the individual who is <br /> appointed to Council Position No. 3 will be eligible to run at the next <br /> election. President Gipson stated that they would. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA <br /> Award bid for the Riverfront Development— Railroad Corridor Trail <br /> & Enhanced Drainage Channel project to KLB Construction, Inc. in <br /> the amount of$1,073,097.60 including Washington State sales tax <br /> Presented by Dave Davis, Public Works <br /> President Gipson stated that several council members have requested an <br /> update on the Riverfront Development. He advised that until the council <br /> has a full update on the project, he is going to hold this item from going to <br /> proposed action. <br /> PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO. 1211-58 <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE declaring certain cannabis activities to be <br /> nuisances <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO. 1211-59 <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE adopting the Central Waterfront Redevelopment <br /> Plan as a subarea plan of the Everett Growth Management <br /> Comprehensive Plan, amending Ordinance No. 2021-94, as <br /> amended <br /> 347 <br />
