Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested, along with a reduced set of plans no larger than 11" x 17". <br />1. Label all spaces for the proposed use on both floor levels. <br />2. Provide gravity calculations for new 5 1/8" x 12" glue laminated beam and new "(3) 2x6 <br />beam". Show in section drawings (A/A3.0). <br />3. Define thermal envelope. If basement is heated, below grade walls are required to be <br />insulated. If basement is not heated, the walls and the door separating heated space <br />from unheated space shall be insulated. <br />4, The floor level at doors that swing over the landing shall be within 1�/z. inches of the top <br />of the threshold. <br />5. Widows located within 24" of either edge of a door in the closed position are required to <br />be tempered safety glass.
