Label all spaces for the proposed use on both floor levels. <br />Response: Please see added room names on both Sheets A-2.0 and A-2.1 <br />2. Provide gravity calculations forthe new 5 1/8" x 12" GLB and new (3) 2x6 beams. S'how in <br />sections drawings (A/A-3.0). <br />Response: Please see Structural letter form Davido Consulting Group regarding GLB ralculations. <br />The (3) 2x6's are used to "level" or plane out the ceiling joists this is nonstructural. See Section <br />sheet A-3.0 for location of GLB and (3) 2x6's as requested <br />3. Define thermal Envelope. If basement is heated, below grade walls are required to k�e insulated. <br />If basement is not heated, the walls and the door separating heated space from unheatE�d space <br />shall be insulated. <br />Response: Please see added note on A-2.1. For clarification the first floor will be the E�nvelope <br />and the basement will be unheated. Noted walls around the Stair well to be insulated arid door to <br />stairway to be weather striped and insulated. <br />4. The floor level at doors that swing over the landing shall be within 1'/2" of the top of 1'�he <br />threshold. <br />Response: Please see note 16 on sheets A-2.0 and A-2.1. <br />5. Windows located within 24" of either edge of door in the closed position are required to be <br />tempered safety glass. Label all windows required to be tempered safety glass on the ��lans. <br />Response: Please see note 4 on A-2.0 and A-2.1 and added notes on A-2.0 and A-2.'I at each <br />location. <br />6. All new fenestration to be U-0.30 or less. <br />Response: Please see note 7 A-2.0. <br />
