February 25, 2015 <br /> RESOLUTION — CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 6826 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the city of Everett in the amount of <br /> $2,582,788.87 for the period of February 7, 2015, through <br /> February 13, 2015. <br /> RESOLUTION — PAYROLL <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 6827 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved payroll claims against the city of Everett in the amount <br /> of$3,424,699.24 for the period ending February 7, 2015. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING — COUNCIL BILL NO. 1502-04 <br /> Council President Bader opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill <br /> No. 1502-04, a proposed ordinance adding the "North Broadway Urban <br /> Center" to the Multiple Family Property Tax Exemption program, and <br /> amending Ordinance No. 2347-98, as amended. (EMC Chapter 3.78) <br /> Council President Bader invited public comment. There were no citizens <br /> who wished to speak. <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 52 <br />
