- We do not believe that any work has yet commenced as evidenced by the <br />plastic tarp that remains on the roof. <br />It is apparent by your letter that you are frustrated with the lack of progress being <br />made to repair your home. However, as noted above, the City approved a permit <br />in July that was not picked up until October. Further, there have been no <br />requests made to revise or rescind the permit nor have there been any inspection <br />requests made. <br />This really appears to be a dispute between you and your insurance company <br />about the nature of the damage and the extent of the repairs. <br />I hope you are able to resolve your differences with your insurance company and <br />move forward to get your home repaired.
