March 11, 2015 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., February 11, 2015, in the City Council Chambers of the William <br /> E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. Upon roll <br /> call, it was found that Mayor Stephanson and Council Members Moore, <br /> Murphy, Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. Council Members <br /> Roberts and Gipson were excused. <br /> Council Member Moore led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the March 4, 2015, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. Council Members Moore and Stonecipher abstained from the <br /> vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephanson had no comments. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Stonecipher stated she was happy to be back and thanked citizens who <br /> wished her well during her recovery. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles had no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Brian Tarr, Everett, spoke about the deduction of union dues from the <br /> paychecks of seasonal city employees who are not allowed to join the <br /> union and asked for a justification. <br /> President Bader stated he would direct Mr. Tarr's questions to the City's <br /> Human Resources department for response. <br /> 61 <br />
