Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2009 International Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1. Provide section(s) and/or details to show one-hour fire-resistive construction between <br />dwelling units. Define units. <br />2. The drawings shall be minimum �/a"=1'-0" scale. <br />3. First floor dwelling unit is "proposed" under this permit. Show all window sizes. <br />4. Specify source-specific exhaust fan size in bathrooms and kitchens. <br />5. Provide dimensions of bathrooms to verify that minimum clearances of fixtures is <br />provided at main floor & basement. <br />6. Provide safety glass in hazardous locations as defined in section R308 International <br />Residential Code (IRC). Show on plans. <br />7.
