These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the (2009 International Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. 1. Provide section(s) and/or details to show one-hour fire-resistive construction between dwelling units. Define units. 2. The drawings shall be minimum �/a"=1'-0" scale. 3. First floor dwelling unit is "proposed" under this permit. Show all window sizes. 4. Specify source-specific exhaust fan size in bathrooms and kitchens. 5. Provide dimensions of bathrooms to verify that minimum clearances of fixtures is provided at main floor & basement. 6. Provide safety glass in hazardous locations as defined in section R308 International Residential Code (IRC). Show on plans. 7. Provide roof framing plan to verify roof load supported by proposed '�PSL" beam.
