LJ <br />8. Drawings prepared by a licensed architect are required to be "wet stamped" by the <br />architect. <br />9. Provide handrail at all stairs (interior & exterior). Show on plans. <br />10. Below grade walls are required to be insulated to minimum R-21 on the interior or R-10 <br />rigid insulation on the exterior. Show how basement meets the requirements of the WA <br />State Energy Code (WSEC). <br />11. Provide 1� floor framing plan. Show how floor joists will be supported where bearing <br />walls in the basement are removed. <br />12. Show how all habitable rooms in the basement are provided with light & ventilation. <br />13. Provide section through building drawn to scale.
