January 2, 2013 <br /> As a majority vote was not reached, a second vote was cast excluding <br /> Pete Kinch from the process. <br /> President Moore again asked for nominations from each council member, <br /> opened the nominations, and reported that Council Members Affholter, <br /> Bader, Gipson, and Moore nominated Scott Murphy.
