This <br /> analyst, working under the direct supervision of the Everett Police Department, focuses on <br /> detecting and preventing terrorism and other related crime, such as importing illegal weapons, <br /> organized crime and criminal gangs, as well as protecting critical infrastructure. This Agreement <br /> provides an analytical capability within the northern region of the Seattle Urban Area, City of <br /> Everett and Snohomish County. No matching funds are required. <br /> Council approved Amendment No. 3 to the Interagency Agreement with the Seattle Police <br /> Department at the January 4, 2012,Council meeting. The <br /> grant funds will be used to purchase the software, equipment and training needed to use the <br /> software. No matching funds are required.
