SECTION 10: Off-street Parking. <br /> Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended by Section 49 of Ordinance 2397-99, Sections 28 and 29 of <br /> Ordinance 2657-02, and Section 5 of Ordinance 2708-03 (EMC 19.34.020 Required off-street <br /> parking), which reads as follows: <br /> Every building hereafter constructed, reconstructed, expanded or occupied, or use of property <br /> hereafter established or modified, shall be provided with off-street parking in accordance with <br /> the requirements of this title, as listed in Table#34-1, or as otherwise provided by this chapter <br /> when not specifically listed in Table#34-1. The number of parking spaces stated shall be the <br /> minimum required. Where parking requirements are based upon square footage of a building, <br /> the gross floor area of the building shall be used. See Section 22.020.E of this title for off-street <br /> parking requirements in the B-3 zone. <br /> BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Every building hereafter constructed, reconstructed, expanded or occupied, or use of property <br /> hereafter established or modified, shall be provided with off-street parking in accordance with <br /> the requirements of this title, as listed in Table#34-1, or as otherwise provided by this chapter <br /> when not specifically listed in Table#34-1. See Section 25.010.B of this title for parking <br /> requirements in the C-2ES zone. <br /> SECTION 11: Legal Description. <br /> That portion of the Zoning Map established by Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended, which is <br /> generally described as the area surrounding Everett Station which is bounded on the east by I-5, <br /> on the west by the alley between Broadway and McDougal Avenue, on the south by 36th Street, <br /> and on the north by the alley south of Hewitt Avenue, which is shown on the attached map <br /> marked "Exhibit A", and which is specifically described as follows: <br /> All that portion of Section 20 and Section 29, Township 29 North, Range 5 East, <br /> W.M., described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the centerline of the North/South alley and <br /> the centerline of the East/West alley in Block 688, Plat of Everett, according to <br /> the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, Page 32, records of Snohomish <br /> County, Washington; THENCE, East along said centerline of said East/West <br /> alley and the Easterly projection thereof to intersect the centerline of the <br /> East/West alley in Block 689, Plat of Everett Division "I", according to the plat <br /> thereof, recorded in Volume 5 of Plats, Page 11, records of Snohomish County, <br /> 66 <br />
