March 18, 2015 <br /> Council President Bader reported on his attendance at the Puget Sound <br /> Regional Council's Growth Management Committee. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested an executive session following the meeting <br /> concerning a real estate/legal matter pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(c) <br /> and (1)(i,c). The session was anticipated to last 15 minutes with no <br /> announcement to follow. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Philip Estep, owner of Storehouse Mini Storage, Everett, spoke regarding <br /> the city of Everett's homeless situation and the Everett Gospel Mission. <br /> J. T. Dray, Everett, spoke regarding parking issues in the neighborhoods <br /> surrounding Everett Community College. He commended Michael Brick, <br /> Traffic Engineering, for his presentation at the Transportation Advisory <br /> Committee meeting regarding proposed rules for the parking situation. He <br /> suggested that additional bus service be provided through the EvCC <br /> campus. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br /> Award construction contract for the Riverfront Development — <br /> Sanitary Sewer Lift Station 33/Lift Station project to McClure and <br /> Sons, Inc. in the amount of $5,866,361.59 including Washington <br /> State sales tax <br /> Presented by Dave Davis, Public Works <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Sewage and Annexation <br /> Agreement with Silver Lake Water and Sewer District <br /> Presented by Dave Davis, Public Works <br /> 71 <br />
