The first is to hire a consultant to <br /> create a context statement of mid-century residential development in the Claremont Neighborhood and to <br /> inventory approximately 10 representative properties in the area. The second is to contract with the <br /> National Alliance of Preservation Commissions to conduct two one-day workshops on mid-century <br /> historic resources. <br /> This grant agreement was approved by Council at the October 16, 2013, Council meeting. <br /> Increase grant revenue 002 333xxxxxxx 23,000 <br /> Increase Planning professional services 021 5010454410 23,000 <br /> 4.. <br /> Department Code Rev Exp FB <br /> GGA-15 Police Amendment-WA Traffic Safety Grant 031A 15,000 <br /> GGA-15 General Fund Amendment-WA Traffic Safety Grant 002A 15,000 <br /> :The Washington State Traffic Safety Commission(WTSC)is providing funding for Snohomish County law <br /> enforcement agencies to participate in the Target Zero Teams project. The goal is to reduce the number <br /> of people killed or seriously injured by impaired drivers in Snohomish County by deploying DUI patrols at <br /> times and locations where data indicates that the most safety benefit can be realized. The Everett Police <br /> Department was allocated $15,000 to participate in this project between October 1, 2013 and September <br /> 30, 2014. <br /> Council authorized the Mayor to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the WTSC at the September <br /> 25,2013, Council meeting for this allocation. <br /> Increase grant revenue 031 3332060131 15,000 <br /> Increase Police overtime budget 031 5220000120 15,000 <br /> Department Code Rev Exp FB <br /> GGA-16 Police Amendment-WA Traffic Safety Grant 031A 5,100 <br /> GGA-16 General Fund Amendment-WA Traffic Safety Grant 002A 5,100 <br /> The Washington Traffic Safety Commission(WTSC)provides funding for Snohomish County law <br /> enforcement agencies to conduct high visibility enforcement traffic safety emphasis patrols, in support of <br /> Target Zero Teams priorities. The goal is to reduce traffic related deaths and serious injuries by engaging <br /> in multijurisdictional, high-visibility patrols in the areas of impaired driving and occupant protection(seat <br /> belts).
