General Administration <br /> [Add description of general administrative services to be performed in support of activities noted above] <br /> In order to provide the above supports and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental <br /> disabilities, general administrative functions at the Arc will include necessary bookkeeping specific to <br /> the CDBG Independent Living— Housing program, specifically;payment and authorization of <br /> program expenses and reimbursement requests to the City of Everett; oversight of the program by <br /> the Executive Director; assurance of the certificate(s) of insurance to the City of Everett; as well as <br /> the completion of an annual audit. General Administration will also include rent, utilities and other <br /> Arc expenses based on official office usage incurred at 2500 Hewitt Avenue, Suite 300, Everett WA <br /> 98201. <br /> B. National Objectives <br /> The Subgrantee certifies that the activities carried out with funds provided under this Agreement will <br /> meet one or more of the following CDBG National Objectives - 1) benefit low/moderate income <br /> persons, 2) aid in the prevention or elimination of slums or blight or, 3) meet community development <br /> needs having a particular urgency - as defined in 24 CFR Part 570.208. Briefly describe how this <br /> National Objective will be met. <br /> C. Performance Monitoring <br /> A-3 <br />
