We request that you provide us with any drawings and plans <br /> showing buried utility locations. We will use appropriate diligence when locating our borings to avoid utilities. <br /> However, we assume no liability if damage to utilities occurs from our explorations if utility locations are not <br /> shown on drawings or not located. <br /> 2.
