We will also hire a private utility <br /> locating firm to locate utilities within the site,as the one-ca:l system does not normally locate utilities on private <br /> property.In order to make these efforts as productive as possible,we request that you provide us with as much <br /> information on the existing utilities as possible. We request that you provide us with any drawings and plans <br /> showing buried utility locations. We will use appropriate diligence when locating our borings to avoid utilities. <br /> However, we assume no liability if damage to utilities occurs from our explorations if utility locations are not <br /> shown on drawings or not located. <br /> 2.
