NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of <br /> Everett as follows: <br /> Section 1. The real property located at 2919 Hoyt Ave and legally described as: LOTS 6, <br /> 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 AND 12, BLOCK 682, PLAT OF EVERETT, according to the plat thereof <br /> recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, Page 32, records of Snohomish County, Washington, is not and <br /> will not be needed for City purposes and is, therefore, declared to be surplus property. <br /> Section 2.
