against the proposed action and all persons who may desire to object to the action <br /> proposed should do so in writing and file said objection with the Everett City Clerk at, or <br /> prior to, June 4, 2008, or shall appear and present their objections on the date set for <br /> hearing before the City Council on June 4, 2008, at 8:30 a.m., <br /> Section 5. Pursuant to Section 12 of Ordinance 2842-05 and as may be required by state <br /> law, the City Clerk shall give notice of the hearing by a) one publication of the notice of <br /> hearing and copy of this resolution of intention in a newspaper of general circulation in <br /> the City; and b) mailing a complete copy of this resolution of intention and a copy of the <br /> proposed activities, budget and assessment rates for the ensuing fiscal year to the owners <br /> or reputed owners of property in the BIA whose names appear as the owners on the <br /> records of the City Treasurer, at the address for such owners as shown on the records of <br /> the City Treasurer, or at such other address for a particular owner as such owner may <br /> have previously requested in writing, or, if no address is shown there, to the address <br /> shown in the tax records of the Snohomish County Assessor. <br /> Section 6.
