<br /> Section 2. Special assessment revenues would only be used for the purposes, programs
<br /> and services described in Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2842-05.
<br /> Section 3. The annual special assessment upon buildings and other real property, and the
<br /> owners thereof, within the BIA would be based on lineal footage and assessed value
<br /> consistent with the description in Section 5 of Ordinance No. 2842-05.
<br /> Section 4. A public hearing will be held on the 4th day of June 2008, at 8:30 a.m., in the
<br /> City Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall, 3002 Wetmore Avenue, in Everett,
<br /> Washington, to consider the extension of the term of the existing BIA and the special
<br /> assessment levy for an additional year beyond its current five-year term, and approve a
<br /> three-year budget for the existing BIA and to hear all protests and receive evidence for or
