November 2, 2016 <br /> AGREEMENT — INTERLOCAL WITH COMMUNITY TRANSIT FOR <br /> SWIFT II BRT PROJECT <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement with <br /> Community Transit for the SWIFT II BRT project. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Bader who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — LEASE WITH WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT <br /> COUNCIL FOR SPACE AT EVERETT STATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to authorize the Mayor to sign a Lease Agreement with <br /> Workforce Development Council Snohomish County for space at <br /> Everett Station. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Bader who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT FUNDS TO <br /> PURCHASE CARGO CONTAINERS FOR STORING <br /> DISASTER-RELATED SUPPLIES <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the <br /> Homeland Security Grant Agreement with Snohomish County to <br /> receive grant funds to purchase three cargo containers for storing <br /> disaster related supplies. <br /> 358 <br />
