She introduced Susy Haugen and Rae <br /> Ann Weighter, Finance, and announced that department heads were also <br /> in the audience this evening. <br /> Susy Haugen, Finance, presented a review of the 2017 city-wide <br /> expenditure budget, city-wide staffing budget, and the general government <br /> expenditure budget; the general government fund changes from the 2016 <br /> original adopted budget to 2017 proposed budget, excluding labor cost <br /> changes related to cost-of-living adjustments, step increases, or benefit <br /> changes; and a review of the non-general government funds. <br /> 359 <br />
