November 2, 2016 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Bader who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — WFP PROGRAMMED LOGIC <br /> CONTROLLERS REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to the <br /> Professional Services Agreement with Tetra Tech, Inc. for <br /> construction engineering support for the Water Filtration Plant <br /> Programmed Logic Controllers Replacement Project in the amount of <br /> $166,770. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Bader who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING — 2017 BUDGET: <br /> Council President Murphy opened the second public hearing regarding the <br /> 2017 Budget. <br /> Debra Bryant, CAO/CFO, stated Finance would be reviewing year-over- <br /> year changes within the budget. She introduced Susy Haugen and Rae <br /> Ann Weighter, Finance, and announced that department heads were also <br /> in the audience this evening. <br /> Susy Haugen, Finance, presented a review of the 2017 city-wide <br /> expenditure budget, city-wide staffing budget, and the general government <br /> expenditure budget; the general government fund changes from the 2016 <br /> original adopted budget to 2017 proposed budget, excluding labor cost <br /> changes related to cost-of-living adjustments, step increases, or benefit <br /> changes; and a review of the non-general government funds. <br /> 359 <br />
