November 9, 2016 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1610-44 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a Special Improvement Project entitled <br /> "North Everett Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety" Fund 303 Program 093 <br /> as established by Ordinance No. 3243-11 <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, <br /> that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. <br /> 1610-44, and the city clerk is directed to call the roll for the final disposition <br /> of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Franklin, Bader, <br /> Stonecipher, Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: None <br /> Ordinance No. 3519-16 adopted. <br /> AGREEMENT — EXTERIOR LIGHTING UPGRADE AT THE SOUTH <br /> POLICE PRECINCT <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, to authorize the Mayor to sign an Energy Efficiency Contract <br /> with Snohomish County Public Utilities District for an exterior <br /> lighting upgrade at the South Police Precinct in the amount of <br /> $5,337.50. <br /> Neil Mamaril, Everett, complimented the Mayor and the City Council on <br /> the lighting upgrade. <br /> 365 <br />
