November 9, 2016 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — POLICE HEADQUARTERS CLEANING AND REPAIR <br /> PROJECT <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No. 1 to <br /> the Police Headquarters Cleaning and Repair project with Alpine <br /> Waterproofing in the amount of$246,620. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — INTERNET EVIDENCE FINDER DIGITAL FORENSICS <br /> SOFTWARE <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, to authorize the Mayor to sign this and subsequent Magnet <br /> Forensics estimates accepting their End-User License Agreement in <br /> the amount of $2,593.50. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION — PREFERRED ALTERNATIVE FOR SUPPORTIVE <br /> HOUSING FACILITY <br /> Council Member Bader stated that he is employed by the Archdiocese of <br /> Seattle and the head of this corporation is also the head of Catholic <br /> Housing Services. He stated that community members may perceive that <br /> he has divided loyalties in this matter, and therefore, recused himself from <br /> participating in any discussion and decision making involving this item. <br /> 366 <br />
