Ted Budden <br />From: Ted Budden <br />Sent: Friday, August 14, 2015 1:29 PM <br />To: 'Shabtai, Jonathan' <br />Subject: RE HDI Landing Gear Crane Permit <br />Mr Shabtai, <br />I have reviewed the permit file and the reports you sent from the third party inspection. <br />Here are my findings: <br />The project plans show concrete reinforcement of the building (please see plan view of crane runway and runway <br />elevation for these details) your third party inspection submittal does not include reports for the placement of this <br />concrete and reinforcement. <br />Please provide additional reports covering the concrete and re-steel installations. <br />The crane is electrically energized.
